Circus Fit will push your cardio and strength. Students will alternate between circusl apparatuses and floor work doing exercises targeting specific muscle groups that will help you move in the air with ease.  Come and get a fun workout in that will target the muscles and flexibility you need to progress or get started with aerials. Diversified workout using circus apparatuses or gymnastics drills. Who said working out was supposed to be boring?  From beginners to advanced, this class is open to anyone looking to build muscle, endurance, and flexibility. All exercises can be modified to fit your level and abilities.
